Job Description – AutoCAD Draftsman

Position: AutoCAD Draftsman / CAD Draftsman
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
Prepare drawings according to architectural and structural requirements.
Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure drawings follow required standards, dimensions, and specifications.
Prepare drawings for CMDA/DTCP and other approval processes.
Maintain and organize project drawings and CAD files.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.




Positive knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Knowledge of architectural drafting and building plans.
Knowledge of preparation of Approval Drawings in Single Window Portal.
Understanding of CMDA/DTCP approval drawings will be an advantage.
Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
