Job Description – Chartered Accountant (CA)

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified

Key Responsibilities
Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Handle audits, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgets, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Support management with financial planning, cost analysis, and business decision-making.
Oversee taxation, reconciliations, and regulatory filings within prescribed timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in logistics, transportation, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and audits.
Candidate willing to work from Gandhidham.
