DCDP – Continental

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Udyog Vihar & Malviya Nagar Cloud Kitchens | Lodhi Colony & Galleria Café | QSR Operations

We are looking for an experienced DCDP – Continental with robust knowledge of Continental/Western cuisine and high-volume kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Continental dishes including pasta, salads, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast, grills, sauces, and wraps.
Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service.
Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control.
Follow hygiene, food safety, FIFO, and kitchen SOPs.
Control wastage and assist with inventory management.
Coordinate with CDP, Commis, and kitchen team.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Requirements: 5+ years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in QSR, café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
