Job Summary

To plan and deliver Scouts & Guides training programmes for school children, focusing on discipline, leadership, teamwork, life skills, physical fitness and responsible citizenship.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular Scouts & Guides training sessions for school students.
Deliver age-appropriate activities covering discipline, leadership, teamwork, basic scouting skills, drills, games and life skills.
Support formation and strengthening of Scouts & Guides clubs/teams in schools.
Prepare students for relevant Scouts & Guides levels, assessments, investiture ceremonies and camps.
Organise practical activities, drills, outdoor learning, camps and special events.
Identify and nurture students with leadership potential.
Coordinate with school management, teachers, NGO partners and HCLFoundation teams for smooth programme implementation.
Maintain attendance, training records and participant databases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports and provide programme updates.
Support assessments to track students’ participation, learning and development.
Ensure protected,



inclusive and child-friendly implementation of all activities.
Participate in programme events, community activities and HCL employee volunteering initiatives, as required.
Undertake field travel to programme schools and locations as required.
