We are looking to develop a strong PCD Pharma team by onboarding self-motivated and result-oriented professionals who can independently manage PCD pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products under the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) model.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, doctors, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product-related information.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional strategies and effective product positioning.
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Marketing.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD business model.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
