Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice) – Experienced

Outpace Consultancy is hiring experienced professionals for a Customer Support (Non-Voice) role. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in international calling and strong communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining service quality in a global support environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions through appropriate support channels.
Use knowledge gained from international calling experience to understand and address customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and effective problem-solving.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.




Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling is required.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Advantages
Maximum CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Maximum In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹29,000 per month
Salary Hike: 30% over last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offered package
Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 per month
Cab Facility: One-way cab available
Incentives: Applicable incentives
Work Schedule: 5 days working
Week Off: 2 rotational offs
Shift: Rotational shifts

Work Location: New Town, Kolkata
