Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines such as CNC Lathe, VMC, HMC, etc.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per drawings.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Monitor machining processes and maintain required quality standards.
Perform tool setting, tool changes, and offset corrections.
Identify machine/tooling issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain production targets and minimize rejection/rework.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
Maintain production and inspection records
