Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and other platforms.
Identify and research potential clients and prospects.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
Explain the company's IT services and solutions to potential clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal/technical team.
Prepare basic proposals, quotations and presentations when required.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Keep track of market trends, competitors and recent business opportunities.
