We are looking for a Civil Engineering Fresher to join our project and site execution team in Bangalore. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager and gain hands-on experience in residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Site Engineer with day-to-day site activities and supervision.
Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and site teams.
Assist in checking the quality of materials and workmanship.
Support activities such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Take basic site measurements and maintain daily work records.
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
Assist in monitoring labour and material requirements.
Report site issues and progress updates to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Coordinate with the Architecture and Interior teams for execution requirements.
Ensure work is carried out as per company quality and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Freshers only (0–1 year).
Candidates with internship/site training experience will be preferred.
Basic understanding of civil construction and construction drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
Only candidates currently based in Bangalore will be considered.
Willingness to travel to different project sites within Bangalore.
