Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in civil, quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
Experience : 4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities :
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and RA bills.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.
Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms
Ability to read & analyse both Architectural & structural drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
