About The Role
The Wellness Shop is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through field sales, customer acquisition, relationship building, and market development across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits and generate current leads.
Present and explain products to prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales updates and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and customer management.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Sales.
Experience in FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty,



Personal Care, Wellness or similar industries is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with regular field visits across Jaipur.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
