Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle admission enquiries.
Explain courses, admission procedures, fees, and available facilities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions.
Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
Handle student queries professionally and politely.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or a similar role.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
