Job Responsibilities:
Plan daily and weekly production based on orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machines, and production activities.
Monitor shop-floor production and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per drawings, BOMs, specifications, and QAPs.
Prepare production lots for inspection.
Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customers.
Arrange inspection schedules and ensure complete inspection readiness.
Ensure availability of drawings, material certificates, test reports, calibration certificates, QAPs, and other required documents.
Coordinate inspectors during visual, dimensional, pressure, functional, and other applicable tests.




Handle inspection observations and ensure timely closure of NCRs/comments.
Maintain production and inspection records.
