Job Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan, create, and publish regular social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
Handle Meta Ads and other social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and make necessary changes to improve reach and engagement.
Create basic graphics and social media creatives using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Coordinate content ideas, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages,



and respond appropriately.
Track social media and advertising performance and prepare basic reports.
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content and marketing ideas.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media preferred.
Freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can also apply.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Valuable communication and content-writing skills.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
