Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave and HRMS activities.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee payroll queries.
Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and other statutory compliance activities.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Handle probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion and exit processes.
Address employee queries and grievances.
Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
Implement HR policies,
SOPs and standard HR processes.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Coordinate Full & Final settlement and exit formalities.
