Job Title: Freight Broker Trainer

We are looking for a Freight Broker Trainer with practical experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics to train students on real-world freight operations and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct practical training on US Freight Brokerage and Logistics operations.
Train students on load booking, carrier sourcing, shipper coordination, and rate negotiation.
Explain the complete freight brokerage cycle from load sourcing to successful booking.
Provide hands-on guidance on load boards, broker-carrier communication, and freight documentation.
Conduct mock calls, negotiation exercises, and real-world brokerage scenarios.
Explain US trucking concepts, freight lanes, pricing, and day-to-day brokerage workflows.
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve trainee queries and ensure practical understanding of freight operations.




Keep training aligned with current US trucking and freight brokerage practices.

Requirements:
1+ year of hands-on experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics.
Solid understanding of load boards, freight booking, carrier sourcing, and rate negotiation.
Practical knowledge of shipper, broker, and carrier coordination.
Previous training experience is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train and guide freshers using practical examples.
Candidates with hands-on US Freight Brokerage experience will be preferred.
