Role Overview

Act as the Founder’s right hand—driving execution, managing priorities, and ensuring operational excellence. This role functions as the Founder’s “operating system,” enabling focus on high-impact areas like growth, leadership, and client success.

Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Operations: Manage calendar, priorities, and communications with precision; act as a filter and force multiplier
Meeting & Execution Management: Run weekly/monthly review meetings; track action items and ensure closure
Business Reporting: Prepare MIS, dashboards, metrics, and monthly performance reports for leadership review
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations to track KPIs and drive alignment
Payment & Collections Tracking: Monitor receivables, follow-ups, and reporting
Office Administration: Oversee end-to-end office operations, including managing remote admin teams




Cost & Expense Control: Track expenses, approvals, and ensure financial discipline
Documentation & Communication: Draft emails, presentations, and key business documents

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
Excellent written & verbal communication
Robust calendar, stakeholder, and priority management
Advanced MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint)
High ownership with execution and follow-up rigor
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setup
Robust analytical thinking and reporting skills (MIS, dashboards)
Confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
Flexibility in work hours and responsiveness

Qualifications
B.E or MBA (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Founder’s Office / Executive Assistant / Coordination roles
6 to 8 lakhs.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
