For Dubai based Logistics & Shipping company back office located in Valiyannur, Kannur, Kerala
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
Coordinate with transport, drivers, and operations teams.
Investigate delays, missing shipments, and delivery issues.
Record customer interactions and update system information.
Follow up on open cases until resolved.
Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
Requirements
Customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
Transparent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and customer service systems.
Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize urgent cases.
Robust problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
