We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Assistant Accountant with a strong understanding of Tally and bookkeeping practices, along with experience in GST return preparation and ESI & PF filing. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge and the ability to manage the books of accounts for multiple companies simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and update Tally entries accurately.
Prepare and finalise books of accounts for multiple entities.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
GST Return Preparation and ESI & PF filing
File monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely manner.
Maintain GST records and ensure compliance with current tax regulations.
Coordinate with the team to resolve GST-related queries and notices.
Prepare and File ESI & PF returns monthly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 months of experience in bookkeeping and GST, ESI & PF return filing.
Thorough working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of GST laws and filing procedures.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple company accounts.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience working with multiple clients or in a CA firm is a plus.
