Full time | Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Build your site-execution skills on premium residential projects, with guidance from our Project Coordinator and Project Manager.
Your responsibilities
Supervise daily construction work as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
Coordinate labour and subcontractors, and communicate material requirements.
Check workmanship, curing, material storage, housekeeping and site safety.
Maintain quality checklists and submit daily progress updates with photos.
Report site issues promptly and attend technical discussions before major work stages.
What we’re looking for
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Basic knowledge of residential construction from RCC to finishing.
Responsible approach to site supervision, coordination and reporting.
Willingness to travel between assigned project sites.
One year or more of residential site experience preferred.
