Sr. Legal Executive – Requirements
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Builder/Developer, Contractor, or Architectural Consultancy sector.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling all legal matters related to the organization.
Solid experience in MSME compliance and legal matters.
Proven expertise in Debt Recovery Cases, including high-value recoveries.
Hands-on experience in handling Arbitration Proceedings and dispute resolution.
Sound knowledge of Real Estate laws, contracts, agreements, notices, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in drafting, reviewing,
and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Ability to coordinate with advocates, government authorities, and external legal consultants when required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
