Work location: Remote from Kerala, with occasional work from our office in Kochi
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, plus sales commissions

Forton General Trading LLC is looking for a Sales Executive to support its UAE operations. You will speak with prospective customers, understand their requirements, prepare and follow up on quotations, and help convert enquiries into orders.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers and follow up on incoming sales enquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Coordinate with the UAE team on pricing, availability, quotations, and orders.
Follow up on quotations and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Keep accurate records of calls, enquiries,



and sales activity.
Work towards monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Positive spoken and written English.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently from home and attend the Kochi office when required.
