He provides the parts inspection ZP5 and ZP7. He leads the parts acceptance with suppliers.
Analyses the test data and holds talks with the technical development departments ECP and
VW
Quality expert to check all proto parts ZP5, ZP7
Knowledge on setting Q criteria, measurement, analysis & corrective actions
Info on audit, Quality standards for parts
Responsible for department ISO, QMS,
Coordinate with design, supplier, plant quality & vehicle testing to ensure quality of proto parts
are ensured. Check parts & suggest Q changes if required.

Controls: quality of purchased parts
Negotiated: Quality of the purchased parts

Evaluates:
Effectiveness of supplier measures
Evaluates: Corrective action on quality - with external suppliers, the parts

their own responsibility

Checked: Corrective action to correct errors in products
Negotiated: elimination of diminished quality
Analysed: causes of diminished quality
Proposes: Elimination of diminished quality
Compiled: technical analysis of causes of diminished quality
Compiled: documents for complaint procedures
Suggests: quality goals
Evaluates: measured data
Defines: Measures to prevent malfunction
Proposes: stop production because of insufficient quality
