Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The candidate should be able to work independently and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting activities using Zoho Books
Maintain bookkeeping and financial records
Prepare GST filings and support statutory compliance
Handle TDS calculations and related documentation
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Support PF & ESI related activities
Assist during audits and maintain audit records
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and coordination skills
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of accounting experience preferred
