Handle inbound and outbound calls with pharmaceutical distributors, stockists, PCD franchise partners, and potential clients.
Generate current business leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries.
Explain the company's PCD Pharma, third-party manufacturing, and pharmaceutical product range to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements regarding products, compositions, quantities, pricing, packaging, and manufacturing requirements.
Prepare and share quotations, product lists, price lists, and proforma invoices with clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain proper records of daily calls, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order status in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, design, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
Follow up with clients regarding advance payments, order confirmations, artwork approvals,



and dispatches.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat orders and business growth.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses regarding products, prices, availability, packaging, and delivery.
Monitor pending enquiries and ensure that no potential lead is left without follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with clients through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and other business communication channels.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports for management.
