About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join the Founding Team of a premium CBSE school opening in Hosahalli, near Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for the academic year 2027–28.

The ideal candidate should have strong early-years teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning setting for young children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
Implement play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning approaches.
Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Manage classroom routines, student behaviour, and daily activities effectively.
Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom resources.




Observe and assess students' learning and developmental progress.
Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Collaborate with the academic team to plan and implement school activities.
Contribute to developing a robust academic culture and learning workplace as part of the Founding Team.
Follow the school's academic framework and CBSE-aligned practices.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a reputed school is mandatory.
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation with NTT or B.Ed.
Prior experience handling Nursery/LKG/UKG/Pre-Primary students is preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
Creative, patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership.
A progressive and child-centric approach to education.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
