About the Role

We are looking for an Automation & Integration Engineer to design and build automation solutions that connect disparate systems and deliver smooth, efficient end-to-end workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable integrations using Ansible, ServiceNow, GitHub, and API-based tooling.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to integrate disparate systems and enable end-to-end workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions using Ansible, ServiceNow, GitHub, and related tools
Create and maintain API-based integrations between platforms
Write Python scripts and custom logic within Ansible playbooks
Test and document all integration processes, design decisions, and developed solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve system integration and workflow issues, ensuring high performance and security
Continuously monitor and analyze the efficiency of integrated solutions, proposing and implementing improvements
Participate in regular review sessions with IT peers to discuss designs, share knowledge, and align on best practices

Required Qualifications
[X]+ years of experience in automation, integration,



or DevOps engineering
Hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventories, collections)
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
Robust Python scripting skills
Experience building and consuming REST APIs (JSON, authentication, webhooks)
Proficiency with GitHub and Git-based workflows
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to document technical solutions clearly
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ansible Automation Platform / AWX
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Knowledge of API security (OAuth 2.0, tokens, certificates)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Linux administration
ITIL knowledge and Agile/Scrum experience
Ansible or ServiceNow certification
