MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1+ year experience in Open Market Home Loan/LAP Sales.
Minimum 1+ year experience in Builder/Connector/DSA onboarding and management.
Proven track record of ₹2 Cr+ monthly disbursement.
Robust local market network and channel relationships.
Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working in a field/open-market sales role.
Comfortable with 0.4%–0.5% channel commission structure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
