Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking skilled and passionate Veterinary Surgeons to lead high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) sterilization and surgical programs across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume ABC surgeries with precision, safety, and compassion.
Conduct soft-tissue and other small-animal surgeries, including pyometra, fracture repair, mass excision, and related procedures.
Lead and supervise surgical teams during sterilization and treatment drives.
Ensure strict adherence to animal welfare, surgical, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with animal welfare NGOs and internal teams.
Maintain accurate surgical records, case sheets,
and reports.
Support efficient and ethical delivery of high-volume animal welfare programs.
Eligibility & Experience
BVSc & AH degree – Mandatory
Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India / State Veterinary Council.
1+ years of surgical experience preferred.
Proven experience of 500+ ABC surgeries.
Robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume surgical workplace.
