About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive/ Software Product Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in trading, stock markets, or financial products will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and relevant market trends.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a related role.




Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Good verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups confidently.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Knowledge or prior experience in trading/stock markets/algo trading will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in a full time, in office role.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
Experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead conversion.
Exposure to stock market or trading-related products/services.
A proven ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
A robust interest in the fintech and trading industry.
