Telecaller – Operations
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding orders and requirements
Confirm and coordinate order details
Share product photos/videos and information on WhatsApp
Follow up with customers and resolve basic queries
Maintain accurate order and customer records
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Hindi & English communication
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
