Job Title: Bakery Assistant

Job Summary:
The Bakery Assistant supports daily kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of baked goods. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in execution, and the ability to maintain hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products
Support frosting, layering, and basic cake decoration as per standards
Accurately follow recipes, measurements, and production guidelines
Prepare and organize ingredients and baking tools before production
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Assist in packing and dispatching orders, ensuring presentation standards are met
Monitor stock levels and inform senior staff of shortages
Handle basic customer communication for easy queries, if required
Support senior bakers in customized and bulk order preparation

Requirements:




1 years of experience in a bakery or similar kitchen environment
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Solid attention to detail and cleanliness
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
Positive communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cake decoration and fondant work
Prior experience handling customized cake orders
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards

Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours, including weekends and festive seasons
Standing for extended periods and handling kitchen equipment

Compensation:
Salary based on experience and skill level

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
