Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support and execute marketing activities, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing activities.
Identify potential customers, business opportunities, and new market segments.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content as required.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual marketing targets.
Conduct field visits and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and customers.




Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Good knowledge of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing activities.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities when required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, retail, tourism, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
Experience in handling events, brand promotions, and corporate tie-ups will be preferred.
Knowledge of social media marketing and lead-generation activities.
Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
