We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with solid hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation to manage and scale paid search campaigns across the India and UAE markets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimisation, and lead-generation strategies, with a proven ability to improve campaign performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, AI Max, and Display.
Solid hands-on experience in Google Ads account management, including multi-campaign and multi-market accounts.
Proven track record in lead generation, reducing CPL,
and scaling qualified lead volume.
Ability to independently manage Google Ads campaigns across both the UAE and India markets.
Working knowledge of supporting tools relevant to India-market lead generation, including:
Conversion tracking
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Landing-page / CRO optimisation
CRM and offline-conversion integration
3–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
