Develop creative architectural concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare concept plans, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural designs.
Design residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Develop effective space planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and detailed working drawings.
Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Develop façade concepts and exterior architectural detailing.
Produce detailed construction drawings for site execution
Develop realistic 3D models using SketchUp or Revit.
Create photorealistic renders using Lumion or Enscape.
Prepare presentation drawings for clients.
Develop walkthroughs and architectural visualization when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
