Key Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor daily leads, consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and closures.
Guide and motivate the sales/consultant team to improve performance.
Handle customer enquiries and support package conversions and upgrades.
Ensure effective follow-up with leads and existing clients.
Track daily sales reports, team performance, and branch KPIs.
Coordinate with Dieticians, Consultants, Physiotherapists, and Front Desk teams.
Maintain high standards of customer service and clinic operations.
Identify prospects to improve sales, retention, and client experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
