Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) – Malegaon

Company: Karuna Group – Samsung Mobile Division
Location: Malegaon, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales operations across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Samsung Mobile products.
Manage and develop dealer/distributor relationships and ensure strong market coverage.
Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, market trends, and competitor activities.
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
Conduct regular market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with dealers, retailers, and internal teams for smooth business operations.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Handset/Mobile industry is mandatory.
Telecom industry experience will be preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, especially:
VLOOKUP
Pivot Table
Data analysis & MIS reporting
Solid knowledge of sales, distribution,



dealer management, and market operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
Should be comfortable with extensive market travel.
Candidates with relevant experience in Samsung/Handset/Telecom will be preferred.
