Retail Salesman – Fabric Shop

Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Goel & Sons – Wholesale & Retail

We are looking for a Salesman / Sales Executive to join our fabric store in Chandni Chowk.

Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their fabric requirements
Explain fabric quality, composition, patterns, and pricing
Show and handle fabric samples
Help customers select the right fabric according to their requirements
Handle wholesale as well as retail customers
Prepare orders and coordinate with customers
Maintain the sales counter and fabric displays
Build valuable relationships with regular customers
Assist in day-to-day shop operations

Requirements
Previous experience in sales, retail, textiles, garments, or fabric is preferred
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Confident and polite personality
Ability to interact comfortably with different types of customers




Basic understanding of sales and customer service

Fabric knowledge is an advantage, but it is NOT mandatory.
If you are eager to learn, hardworking, and genuinely interested in developing your knowledge of fabrics and sales, we will teach you. Training will be provided on fabric types, compositions, qualities, weaves, pricing, and how to recommend fabrics to customers.

We value willingness to learn, honesty, communication skills, and a good attitude. Someone with limited fabric knowledge but a robust desire to learn can be a valuable fit for this position.

Experience: Freshers can also apply if they are confident and eager to learn.
