Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects and project plans
Conduct business diagnostics through process walkthroughs, discussions and data analysis
Identify process gaps, control failures,



delays and operational bottlenecks
Design effective and scalable To-Be processes and controls
Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process standardization
Define KPIs, roles & responsibilities, authority and control matrices
Support ERP/application implementation, validation and user handholding
Structure and analyze business data to generate actionable insights
Develop Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
Work with cross-functional teams to drive process adoption and compliance
Present findings, recommendations and improvement opportunities to stakeholders

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
