Digital Marketing Specialist – Meta & Google Ads

Fireknott Fashion is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online apparel business through Meta and Google Ads. We need someone with hands-on campaign experience and a proven track record of generating sales, improving return on ad spend, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns to increase sales, improve ROAS, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Build and refine audience targeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop effective fashion-focused ads.




Ensure accurate conversion tracking and analyse campaign and website performance.
Share regular reports covering ad spend, revenue, ROAS, acquisition costs, and recommendations.

Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
A proven track record of delivering measurable results, supported by campaign reports or case studies.
Experience in e-commerce advertising; fashion, apparel, or D2C brand experience is preferred.
Robust understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and sales funnels.
Ability to manage budgets independently and make decisions based on data.
Willingness to work in office at our Zirakpur office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
