About the Role:
Gokulam Grand Trivandrum, a five-star business class hotel, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate (Receivables) to join our Finance team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes
Generate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Prepare reports related to receivables and collections
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria:




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Candidates with experience in the hotel industry or other industries are preferred
Freshers with strong academic background and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
