Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing, taxation, banking transactions, and financial records. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, Bank Reconciliation, and accounts finalization.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally accounting software.
Perform data entry for sales and purchase bills.
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills.
Calculate and maintain GST and TDS records and ensure timely compliance.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
Handle accounts up to finalization of books of accounts.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Assist with GST/TDS-related documentation and compliance.




Prepare reports and statements as required by management.
Handle self-correspondence with clients, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Robust working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of GST and TDS calculation.
Hands-on experience in sales & purchase billing.
Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
Knowledge of accounting processes up to finalization.
Positive communication and self-correspondence skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualification

Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
