We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to join our TVS showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Attend customers and understand their requirements.
Provide information about vehicles, services and offers.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Handle customer feedback and support customer satisfaction.
equirements:
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Kannada and English communication preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Customer service experience in automobile/showroom industry will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
