Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front-desk operations and patient appointments.
Answer phone calls and handle patient enquiries.
Maintain patient records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Handle daily reception and administrative duties.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
Requirements
Any Graduate
Good communication skills
Valuable proficiency in English
Professional and pleasant personality
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable interpersonal and customer-service skills
