About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and strategy-driven Senior Associate with 5+ years of core experience in handling complex Criminal and Civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be adept at high-level legal strategy formulation, team leadership, briefing Senior Advocates, and managing voluminous case records with complete precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Strategy & Advisory: Formulation of comprehensive legal strategies for complex criminal and civil matters; actively discussing and aligning strategic approaches with the Legal Head/Management before execution.
- Complex & Voluminous Case Management: Well-versed in analyzing, organizing, and executing strategy for bulky, voluminous, and multi-jurisdictional case files with strict attention to detail.
- Team Leadership & Work Delegation: Leading a team of associates and junior advocates, delegating case preparations, reviewing draftings, and overseeing day-to-day workflow to ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Senior Counsel Briefing: Preparing exhaustive case briefs, note-sheets,



and comprehensive briefing material to brief Senior Advocates effectively prior to critical court appearances.
- Criminal Litigation:
- Drafting and handling petitions under Section 528 BNSS / Section 482 CrPC, Criminal Writs (WPCRL) under Articles 226/227, regular/anticipatory bails, revisions, appeals, and transfer petitions.
- Handling proceedings under Section 138 NI Act, trials, and related appellate/execution matters.
- Civil Litigation: Drafting and handling civil suits, execution petitions, interlocutory applications, injunctions, appeals, and civil writ petitions across various courts and tribunals.
- Court Appearances: Independently appearing and arguing matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and specialized Tribunals.
- Research & Compliance: Conducting in-depth legal research on evolving civil/criminal jurisprudence, procedural law, and landmark judicial precedents.
