Key Responsibilities

- You will be managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including creating compelling job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and making data-driven hiring recommendations
- Planning and executing the structured interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, technical/skill assessments, and coordinate in-person interviews for plant and office roles
- You will act as a trusted talent advisor, providing hiring managers with real-time industry, competitor,



and market compensation data
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract contract staff
- Leading the recruitment contract staff to support the energetic manufacturing demands and peak production cycles for factory location
- Sourcing, evaluating and managing relationships with external staffing agencies, headhunters, and third-party vendors
- Ensuring all contract hiring and third-party vendor practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and corporate compliance regulations

Ideal Candidate
- Possess 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both non-tech and bulk hiring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, with a strong focus on team collaboration and professional development
