Colliers is seeking a energetic and detail oriented Consultant to join its Advisory Services team. The role involves delivering strategic real estate advisory assignments across asset classes .The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and development appraisals.

- Perform Highest & Best Use (HBU), demand-supply analysis, pricing studies, and market research.

- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis).

- Evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities.

- Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

- Support client engagements, proposal development, and business development initiatives.

- Track industry, regulatory, and policy developments impacting real estate markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

- 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Consulting, Feasibility, Market Research, or Development Consulting.





- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.

- Strong expertise in Feasibility Studies, HBU Analysis, Market Assessment, Demand Analysis, Development Appraisal, and Investment Analysis.

- Advanced skills in Financial Modelling, DCF, IRR, Cash Flow Analysis, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
