Summary:
Deliver high-quality, end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to employees and people managers. This role ensures operational excellence, data accuracy, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and HR best practice.
Responsibilities:
Employee-Lifecycle Operations
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation tracking, contract preparation, transfers, and offboarding
- Support the issuance of employment-related documentation within agreed SLAs
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records across HRIS and internal systems
Process Optimisation and Policy & Compliance
- Guide the implementation and continuous refinement of P&C; operational processes, SOPs, and service standards
- Lead on maintaining consistent operational documentation, trackers, dashboards, and compliance files
- Support standardization efforts across entities, ensuring alignment with firm processes and audit expectations
- Identify and escalate process gaps, offering suggestions and supporting improvements
- Map, document and digitise HR processes; drive SLA/KPI tracking and continuous-improvement initiatives
Reporting, Data Management & Compliance (lead responsibility)
- Deliver dashboards on headcount, turnover, DEI, absenteeism, overtime, flight-allowance utilisation; respond to audit & regulatory queries
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR operations reports and dashboards
- Lead regular HRIS data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure integrity,
security and confidentiality of all P&C; data
- Support HRIS updates, testing and troubleshooting alongside technology teams
- Guide colleagues on correct data entry, document retention practices, and compliance requirements
HRIS Ownership
- Act as system administrator for TeamFlect and Oracle HRIS; build and launch performance-cycle workflows; maintain 99% data accuracy; liaise with IT/vendors for upgrades & troubleshooting.
Payroll & Benefits
- Partner with Payroll and Finance to support as needed, for monthly payroll input/validation; ensure error-free allowances, deductions, statutory filings, medical-insurance, partner flight-allowances using validated travel-agency rate-cards.
Emiratisation Dashboard & Compliance:
- Work with the Emiratization officer and maintain accurate real-time Emirati-quota data; generate SLT/MOHRE quota-tracking reports; flag gaps early and coordinate with HRBPs & Recruitment to close them
- Employee Services
- Escalation point for complex queries (payroll, leave, benefits, letters, insurance, travel)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Politics, Philosophy, Economics, or related field
- At least four years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in multi-site or professional services environments
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll & benefits
- Proven HRIS (TeamFlect/Oracle or similar) administration and reporting capability
- Detail-driven, highly organised, robust service-ethic, collaborative with Finance / IT / business leaders
