The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The Senior

Associate will play a key role in managing claims, investigating disputes, and providing strategic guidance to team members.

What does the job entail?

- Investigate and analyze claims to determine their validity and potential for settlement

- Review and verify claimant information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with claimants, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims

- Process and manage claims through various stages, including initial assessment, investigation, and settlement

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agents, vendors, and regulatory bodies

- Collaborate with other teams,



such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure seamless claim resolution

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices

- Analyze and report on claim trends, statistics, and insights to inform business decisions and improve processes

- Manage and escalate claims that require additional support or investigation

- Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
