- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related architectural software.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industrial facilities Projects.
- BIM LOD 300/350/400 development and coordination.
